For account activation, sign in and send a message to the admin from your USD or BTC dashboard.
Go to your accountHow do I activate my accounts?
Open the dashboard for the account you want to activate. Write your message and select Send activation request. When the admin approves it, select Refresh status to see the update.
Can I sign in with my PIN?
Yes. On the browser you registered with, use the four-digit PIN you created. On a new browser, sign in with your email and password once and select the option to use your PIN next time.
Why do I need to confirm my email?
Email confirmation helps verify that the address belongs to you. Open the confirmation email before your first PIN sign-in.
Where can I view my USD and BTC accounts?
Sign in and choose USD account or BTC savings. Each dashboard shows its own balance, recent activity, and activation status.
